2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes
  • Payment terms are prepaid monthly or annually
  • Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled prior to renewal date
  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways

3. Subscription and Cancellation

  • Free trial period of 30 days is available for new users
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before renewal
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days if applicable

4. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not misuse or attempt to abuse our service
  • You must have rights to monitor the websites you add

5. Shipping and Delivery

TidyMonitor is a digital service providing website monitoring and alerts. No physical products are shipped as part of this service. All service delivery is conducted electronically through our web platform, email notifications, and SMS alerts.

6. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime for our monitoring service
  • Alert delivery times may vary based on network conditions
  • We are not liable for any losses due to website downtime
  • Service availability may vary by region

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data as per Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
