TidyMonitor checks the websites and APIs you add and alerts you by email and WhatsApp when they appear to be down. What you get (number of monitors, check speed, alert channels) depends on your plan, as shown on the pricing section of our website.

• A Free plan is available with no time limit. You are charged only when you choose a paid plan.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is in advance, monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs the price of 10 months.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• We issue a GST invoice for each payment.
• Some features have fair-use limits, such as a monthly cap on WhatsApp messages. The limits for your plan are shown in the app. WhatsApp messages a month: Solo 30, Starter 150, Pro 600 (test messages count too). At 80% of the cap we email you; once it is reached, alerts go by email until the 1st of the next month (India time).

You can cancel at any time from your account or by email. Your plan then stops renewing, you keep it until the end of the period you have paid for, and your account moves to the Free plan. Refunds are covered in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• You are 18 or older and give accurate information.
• You keep your login safe and you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You only monitor sites you own or are allowed to monitor, and you do not misuse the service, for example to attack another site.
• The alert contacts you add (email, WhatsApp, webhook) are people who agree to receive our messages.

• We work to keep TidyMonitor running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Checks and alerts can be delayed or missed, for example when a network, WhatsApp or an email provider has a problem. Do not rely on TidyMonitor as your only way of finding out about an outage that could cause serious loss.
• We do not promise any uptime for your own website. We only report what our checks saw.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profit.

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to us.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction (governed by the laws of India; the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction).

We may change these Terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
