TidyMonitor is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product providing website and API uptime monitoring and alerts. This policy clarifies how the service is delivered.

1. No Physical Shipping

No physical goods are sold or shipped as part of this service. There is nothing to ship, exchange, or physically return.

2. Service Delivery

Access to the service is provisioned electronically and is available immediately after sign-up (and, for paid plans, immediately after a successful payment). You use the service through our web platform at app.tidymonitor.com, with downtime and recovery alerts delivered via email and WhatsApp.

3. Plan Changes

As a digital subscription, physical exchanges do not apply. You can change your plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time from your account dashboard. For cancellations and refunds, please see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
