A public status page for your customers

One link your customers can open to see whether your websites are up. They do not need to log in. Every plan has one, Free included.

What your customers see

  • Your page name at the top, and one line that says whether everything is working.
  • Each website you chose, by the name you gave it, marked Up, Slow or Down.
  • A strip of days for each website, so a bad day is easy to spot, with its uptime.
  • Any problem that is going on now, and the problems that are over.

One website on the page looks like this. An example:

You choose what is on it

  1. Create the page in your account and give it a name.
  2. Pick which of your websites appear on it. The rest stay private.
  3. Share the link. You can switch the page off again at any time.

How far back it shows

On Free the strip shows the last 30 days. On Solo, Starter and Pro it shows the last 90 days. The uptime next to it is worked out from the outages we recorded in those days.

Make it yours

On paid plans you can add your logo (a PNG or JPEG) and one colour to each page. On Pro the page carries no TidyMonitor mark at all, so it reads as your own.
