What counts as a website
One web address you want watched is one website. Your shop at one address is one. Your blog at another is a second. Free covers 10. Solo covers 5, Starter 20 and Pro 50. Solo has fewer than Free on purpose: you pay for a look every minute and for WhatsApp, not for more websites.
WhatsApp message limits
Each paid plan has a number of WhatsApp numbers that can get your alerts, and a monthly amount of WhatsApp messages. Email alerts are separate and have their own addresses. See how WhatsApp alerts work.

Use them all and your alerts keep coming by email until the 1st of next month. We email you when you reach 80%. Test messages count; verification codes do not. Free sends alerts by email only.
Paying and cancelling

- Every payment comes with a GST invoice.
- Cancel from your account: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you go back to Free.
- Yearly is 2 months free: you pay for 10 months, GST included.
Plan and billing questions
- Why pay when there are free monitors?
- Free is a good place to start, and ours includes one: 10 websites, checked every 3 minutes, with email alerts. Paid plans add reliability and convenience: checks as often as every minute, from more than one location at a time, and alerts on WhatsApp, the app you already have open all day.
- Why does Solo have fewer websites than Free?
- Solo is for hearing sooner, on WhatsApp, not for more websites. It watches 5 websites where Free watches 10, but it looks every minute instead of every 3, is checked from 2 locations, with a third opinion when they disagree, before it messages you, and sends WhatsApp alerts to 1 number (30 messages a month). It also adds alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat and 11 more (up to 10 in all), reminders while a website is still down, your logo and colour on your status page, and 3 months of history instead of 1. Need more websites? Starter covers 20, and Starter and Pro are monitored from 3 locations and alert when they agree.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Yes. Every price on this page already includes GST, so the number you see is the number you pay.
- Do I get a GST invoice?
- Yes. Every payment comes with a GST invoice. Add your business GSTIN in your account and you can claim input credit.
- How do I pay?
- In rupees, through Razorpay. UPI, cards and netbanking all work.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then you go back to Free. We do not refund the unused part of a paid period. Yearly plans cost 10 months instead of 12, so 2 months are free.
