On the Free plan, one location checks your site every 3 minutes. When it sees a failure, we ask another location to check straight away. We only alert you if that second location sees the failure too, so a hiccup on one network path never wakes you up.

On the Solo plan, two locations check your site every minute. If both see it down, we alert you. If they disagree, we ask a third location, and the majority decides.

Solo is for hearing sooner, on WhatsApp, not for more websites. It watches 5 websites where Free watches 10, but it looks every minute instead of every 3, is checked from 2 locations, with a third opinion when they disagree, before it messages you, and sends WhatsApp alerts to 1 number (30 messages a month). It also adds alerts to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat and 11 more (up to 10 in all), reminders while a website is still down, your logo and colour on your status page, and 3 months of history instead of 1. Need more websites? Starter covers 20, and Starter and Pro are monitored from 3 locations and alert when they agree.

You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period, or a first payment: the Free plan lets you try TidyMonitor before you pay. If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period or after you had cancelled, write to us with your account email and the payment reference and we look at it by hand.

Yes. Every payment comes with a GST invoice, and you can add your business GSTIN for input credit.

Your account and monitoring data are stored on servers in Singapore, which is outside India. Your websites are checked from Mumbai, Chennai and Singapore.
