Website down alerts in Zoho Cliq

Post alerts to a Zoho Cliq channel or bot. Solo, Starter and Pro.

What you get

  • A message when a website goes down, with the website and the reason. We look again before we send it. See Confirmed Alerts.
  • The recovery arrives as its own message, with how long the website was down.
  • A test message when you add it, so you know it arrives.
  • Certificate expiry reminders are sent by email only, not to Zoho Cliq. See SSL expiry reminders.

Set it up

In TidyMonitor, open Alert channels, click Add channel and choose Zoho Cliq. The app shows these same steps.

  1. In Cliq, open Bots & Tools, then Webhook Tokens, and generate a token.
  2. Click the token, then Get Webhook URL, and choose the channel.
  3. Paste that link in TidyMonitor. It ends with zapikey= and your token.

Then we send a test message. Tell us it arrived and the channel is ready.

What you give us

Channel or bot webhook URL with a webhook token (.../api/v2/channelsbyname/<channel>/message?zapikey=...).

Built to Zoho Cliq’s documented format. Send the test message when you add it to see it arrive. Read Zoho Cliq’s own guide.
